Overview:

Responsible for providing data entry, analysis and reporting, related to mandated grant data needs and unit productivity. In addition, this position will review billing needs to include review of service recording for utilization management, monitoring contractual obligations and process improvement projects. Additional responsibilities include development of annual data reports associated to the grant project. This position will participate as part of the Data Analysis Team.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management with two (2) years' business experience OR;
• High school diploma with six (6) years' business experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and other like data management software programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff for purposes of developing improvement initiatives and cross-data analysis.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills and skillful management of internal and external customers.
• Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
• Must be extremely detail oriented with level accuracy while demonstrating the ability to resist distractions.
• Ability to work within the guidelines established in the policies and procedures of the agency and assigned program division.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state and federal background screening as appropriate.
  

Compensation:

Salary Range for this position is $17.50 - $18.75 per hour. Salary is based on experience.
