Make banking a Fifth Third better GENERAL FUNCTION The SeniorClient Solutions Engineer will lead the technical solutions process, acting as a technical liaison between the Sales Team, Clients, and Internal Stakeholders during the onboarding process to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those needs effectively. This role will meet directly with clients to ensure their technical integration with our offerings is seamless. A blend of technical knowledge and strong communication skills is key to effectively convey the benefits of our product and services, identifying gaps ensuring successful onboarding of clients. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
