Overview LMI seeks a Management Analyst Task Order Monitor-Assistant (TOM-A) to support a fast-paced federal program management office in support of U.S. Border Patrol at the RGV Sector in Rio Grande Valley, TX. This position joins others already established at Sectors in San Diego CA, Tucson AZ, Yuma AZ, Laredo TX, Del Rio TX, and El Paso TX. Join our team of collaborative self-starters focused on delivering practical and efficient solutions to help our client keep U.S. borders safe and facilitate trade and travel. As part of our high-performing team, you will augment our vital work to provide "eyes and ears" technology to protect our nation. Responsibilities Management Analyst Task Order Monitor Assistants (TOM-As) support the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) through their assisting USBP Sector Task Order Monitors (TOMs) in maintaining adequate oversight of the vendor, ensuring USBP is receiving sufficient services, and ensuring the timely completion of mandatory reporting and inspection requirements. The Management Analyst TOM-A serves as an agency representative, reviewing service provider and contractor schedules and work plans, performing quality control on work, and ensuring the contract's Performance Work Statement is followed in a manner maximizing the efficient stewardship of government resources. Specific duties include:
