As the Director for the Infrastructure Monitoring team, you will deliver new and innovative capabilities for the systems that collects over 3.2 million data points per minute across our global infrastructure. You will lead the team responsible for innovating and maintaining the massive-scale, distributed systems that monitor Salesforce's infrastructure. Your mission is to own the strategy that transforms this vast operational data into an intelligent, actionable asset that empowers our internal customers and infrastructure teams. You will achieve this by enabling agentic capabilities across massive datasets, delivering advanced health-signaling APIs to drive safe automation, and creating a unified source of truth for infrastructure health.
