Overview

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner that will be a trusted advisor, with responsibility for providing data driven insights and recommendations regarding the attraction, retention, development and deployment of talent. Further, the role will strengthen relationships and collaboration across the HR function to deliver value to management and employees that align with the overall objectives and strategies of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation and support to managers across the employee lifecycle, to include performance management, compensation, career goals, employee engagement, recognition, attrition and retention, training, workforce planning, employment policies, etc.
  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with business leaders to gain credibility as a trusted advisor regarding people topics.
  • Develop strong and effective relationships across the HR function, delivering value through the ideation and implementation of solutions, programs and processes.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting to steer the business towards the biggest opportunities and provide counsel to ensure the best possible people decisions.
  • Identify, manage and resolve employee relations issues. Provide guidance regarding performance management, to include coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive the effectiveness of people leaders through the adoption and reinforcement of the company's core values.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the business to effect change and achieve positive outcomes.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field
  • 5+ years of experience of HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation, organizational design, employee relations, talent management, performance management and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven track record in delivering business focused HR solutions
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
