Position: Digital Marketing Consultant

Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to make a real impact? Do you have experience using ad-buying platforms? Advisors Excel is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team! If you're ready to take on a rewarding challenge, guide advisors, and collaborate closely with a fantastic team, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
- Design and implement cutting-edge digital campaigns from scratch on platforms like Facebook and Google, tailored to advisors' needs.
- Cultivate meaningful connections with advisors and support staff, providing insightful digital marketing strategies and performance analysis.
- Independently manage 12-15 digital marketing campaigns, ensuring top-notch execution and results.
- Refine processes and strategies based on performance data to continually optimize outcomes.
- Construct engaging landing pages using WordPress and HTML, driving traffic and conversions.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performances, offering stakeholders a deep understanding of results and strategic implications.
- Offer strategic guidance on creative elements, including copy, design, and content adjustments.
- Empower clients with multichannel marketing strategies and expert advice tailored to web and email marketing.
- Help to develop and train Digital Marketing Associates, serving as a valuable resource for new teammates
- Stay up-to-date with compliance requirements and submission practices to ensure all marketing activities are compliant.
Experience you'll bring:
- At least 1-3 years' experience with paid digital platforms such as Facebook or Google
- Fluent in the use of Snappy Kraken (or similar email marketing tools)
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Products, specifically Adobe XD.
- Proven ability to successfully managing up to 15 digital campaigns at a time, communicate with stakeholders and meet expectations
- The ability to speak intelligently about, develop, and edit digital strategies and campaigns
- Willingness to continue learning and refine digital marketing and reporting best practices
- Organized, self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
- Customer service minded with the ability to tell a story and assist in coaching clients on digital marketing strategy
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience within an ad-agency
- Proven experience w/ Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Optimize.
