JOB SUMMARY: The Wealth Portfolio Analyst is responsible for supporting the Portfolio Management team by providing sound and timely investment analysis and operational updates. Consistently gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare of presentation materials for client review meetings, and investment proposals for prospect meetings.
- Regulatory reporting, including, and coordination among other specialists to include Trust Officers and Wealth Advisors.
- Account Review Assistance.
- Timely and accurate account rebalancing, trading and asset transfers.
- Conduct economic, sector, industry, and company specific research and due diligence.
- Assist Portfolio Managers with the information needed for effective oversight of model portfolios and relevant benchmarks.
- Facilitate investment strategy communications to internal departments, clients and prospects.
- Provide division level reporting as needed by Wealth Division Leadership team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable working with Senior and Executive Leadership.
- Maintain continuing education requirements and stay current with industry and regulatory trends, as well as vendor products and procedures.
- Demonstrates technical expertise to consistently explain rationale behind the recommendations.
- Driven to always learn and improve. Bring a true passion to the business of delivering investment management advice. Highly self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn new responsibilities, expand understanding of data analysis, and performance and operating metrics.
- Lead other tasks and projects as needed for Seacoast Wealth Management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance or related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience within banking or financial services.
- Technical writing skills, capable of translating Wall Street jargon to general client communications.
- Demonstrate strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, must be a team player.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience with group facilitation, presentations, and public speaking.
- PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software and MGPro Financial Planning software.
