As an Early Career Engineer - Advanced Fuel Management in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Department of Fuel Operations (DOF) in the Fuel Business Unit. You'll join a team of diverse engineers to develop and demonstrate innovative solutions and value-added technologies focusing on supplying fuel, fuel components, and fabrication processes and facilities for next generation nuclear power plants. These solutions will ultimately be deployed into a state-of-the-art fuel fabrication facility at the Richland site. This position requires occasional travel. Your Total Rewards Package The range of base salary for the position is between $77,968.80 - $92,000 and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
