What will you be doing?

• Work in a collaborative environment to develop internal-use and customer facing software products.
• Work alongside the Product team to translate requirements into clear technical specifications and define a suggested architecture, including choosing technologies, frameworks, and patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software design and implementation.
• Utilize test-driven development and design techniques to implement unit tests for assigned feature areas / components.
• Participate in the agile ceremony to ensure active communication within the team alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Have an opportunity to contributes to the formation of engineering standards and software development best practices.

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or practical experience in lieu of degree
• At least 14 years of directly related experience
• Experience with Object Oriented development (C#, Java, C++, etc.)
• Working knowledge of DevOps or system administration
• Continuous integration/deployment experience is a plus

The following may be used to differentiate candidates who apply for this position:

• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and make informed architectural decisions
• A deep understanding of various architectural styles, patterns, and methodologies
• Significant experience with C#/.Net development including Blazor Server and other object-oriented languages (Java, Python, etc.)
• Continuous integration/deployment experience with AWS and Azure
• Experience with incorporating AI, integrating application security, container orchestration and management, and non-relational databases technologies.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $97,000 - $131,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
