Hours & Pay

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday afternoon-Friday morning | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Your Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality FCAW and GMAW welds, including stainless steel when applicable
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment
• Follow all OSHA, PPE, and safety standards while maintaining a clean work area
• Complete documentation for dimensional checks, job travelers, and weld IDs
• Read blueprints and adhere to company and customer specifications
• Assist with general labor, production needs, and team assignments as needed
• Meet production deadlines and collaborate across departments for efficient workflow

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; trade school certification preferred
• 3-5 years of industrial welding experience
• Must pass weld tests: FCAW 3G CS (open root, vertical up) and GMAW 3G CS (open root, vertical down)
• Proficient in blueprint reading and basic measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long durations, and work in varying environments
• Must be flexible to work overtime and shift coverage as needed
