Job SummaryThe renewable interconnection process is a complex, rapidly growing part of Duke Energy's footprint. This position will be a part of a team responsible for performing financial analysis and reporting as well as accounting support for that effort. This position requires a blended knowledge of technical and functional financial reporting and analysis skills. This position will provide regulatory knowledge including familiarity with FERC and State interconnection requirements for all jurisdictions to support various financial reporting. Effective leadership, communication and collaboration skills are essential for this position as the incumbent is responsible for work that crosses and impacts multiple regions and jurisdictions. The incumbent will have the unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of the interconnection process while also being a resource to its leaders. The position will support more traditional projects related to strategic initiatives in the Grid Planning & Integration business. Responsibilities
