We are now hiring ambitious, motivated Customer Service Professionals to work virtual (work from home). This role requires that qualified candidates must reside in one of the following states:

Required Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and3 years of customer service experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Customer Service Experience in one of these industries is preferred: Retail, Food Services/Restaurant, Sales, Hospitality

  • Dedicated workspace
    • Your workspace should be free of noise, distractions, and interruptions during your normal work/business hours.
  • Logging In/Out (Attendance/ Tardiness)
    • Work at Home colleagues are expected to maintain acceptable attendance. Daily attendance is tracked and determined by phone Log-in/Log-out data.
    • You must notify your manager if you will be away from your home office for long periods of time. Ex. Doctor appointments, etc.
  • Dependent Care/Home Schooling Arrangements
    • Working from home is not intended to be utilized to provide care for others on a regular basis or to provide time for home schooling on a continuous basis (e.g., childcare, eldercare, etc.).
  • On-site/Location Scheduling
    • You may be required to be in the office upon request.
    • Commuting and other related costs are not reimbursable.
    • If Alight offices are closed for bad weather, you are expected to continue working from home unless it poses a safety risk.
  • Internet Speed
    • Minimum internet download speed of 200Mbps, and at least 50 Mbps upload speed is desirable for a single user.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

34,000.00 USD

Maximum :

38,000.00 USD
