Survey Project Manager

The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, a client-focused work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple major project activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various land surveys, focusing on construction layout and as-builts, as well as ALTA, boundary, and topographic.
• Oversee and manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Bid new projects and create/write proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional licensure in Indiana is required.
