Maintenance Technician Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and coachable Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in technical trades such as welding, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, automotive or those who have gained hands-on skills through previous employment, training programs, or vocational schooling.

As an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team members to learn how to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment used in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Your ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and contribute to a team atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00 am 3:30 pm

Pay: $17.50/hr plus monthly incentives

Perform regularly scheduled maintenance of all equipment/machinery.

Maintain equipment/machinery within tolerance of quality standards.

Train operators on correct operating and maintenance procedures.

Audit daily checks.

Maintain safe work/machine environment

Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to lift 50 pounds.
