Manage anddeliver import and export advice to multinational enterprises across variousindustries, particularly as they relate to the movement of tangible goods inglobal cross border transactions. Identify cost-saving opportunities formultinational enterprises with respect to their global supply chains. Identifybroader areas of potential risk and opportunities in international tax,value-added tax, excise tax and transfer pricing for clients. Research, writeand review U.S. and international import and export trade advice. Manage anddeliver correspondence to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) with respectto customs valuation and pricing regulations, arm's length pricing complianceand other customs matters. Monitor U.S. technical CBP developments andcorrespond with clients regarding their application to trade issues. Pursuebusiness development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationshipsand professional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree orforeign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, BusinessAdministration, Commerce, or a related field, and 2 years of related workexperience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance,Taxation, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, and5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, musthave 2 years of experience with the following: Advising multinationalcorporations, on the U.S. international tax consequences of in-bound andout-bound shipments ; Applying duty and other import/export fees; Advising multinationalcorporations on the global indirect tax implications of cross-border tangible goods shipments; Reviewing andassessing trade and customs pricing; Developing strategies for corporateclients, structuring the import/export transactions of international shipmentsto comply with import/export regulations.

Travel to various locationsthroughout the U.S required up to 20%.

Travel to various locationsinternationally required up to 10%.

SALARY RANGE: $142,646 - $213,000 per year
