Job Objective: Responsible for nationally driving the Sales and Marketing Activities for RelaDyne's Commercial and Industrial business while exceeding sales targets and objectives. To create exceptional value in the ALLFLEET brand and ALLFLEET brand management with a focus on Lubricant, Services, DEF, Coolants, and Fuel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation. * Commercial/Industrial Channel includes, but is not limited to: On-Highway, Off-Highway, Construction, Agriculture, Mining, Manufacturing, steel, paper, plastics, Power generation, etc. Lubricant Product focuses are Engine Oils, Hydraulics, Transmissions, Greases, and Gear Oils.

Nationally:



  • Meet or exceed sales and profit goals established by VP of Sales and Marketing.
  • Assist RelaDyne in accomplishment of Corporate EBITDA targets.
  • Work Professionally in the RelaDyne Matrix Management structure to facilitate growth within National/Regional Accounts, Branch Sales Management and Sales Force, Marketing, and ELT
  • RelaDyne Sales Force: Work in branch markets with branch sales force to develop sales strategies and field sales support to close new commercial accounts. Conduct sales training sessions to educate associates both technically and professionally on effective commercial sales strategies.
  • RelaDyne GMs and BSMs: Communicate and execute Commercial National Sales Strategies at branch level. Co-develop regional in-market commercial sales strategies and plans. Sales force evaluations. Share of Wallet and growth identification. Assist in RelaDyne Coaching process.
  • Marketing: Brand Manager for ALLFLEET in unison with RelaDyne Corporate marketing team. Lead development of value-added products, programs, and sales collateral to the ALLFLEET brand.
  • Facilitate Regional, Super-Regional, and National Account Business Development for ALLFLEET.
  • ELT: Communicate Strategies and Tactics for Commercial Business. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, market/volume trends, growth segments, margin and customer analysis.
  • Sales Operations: Maintain RelaDyne Support Center Requirements for CRM, Sales Intelligence, RelaDyne Express, and RelaDyne Sales Process.
  • Major Oil Companies: Implement and grow major oil companies (primarily Shell, Chevron, and Phillips 66) commercial lines of business. Leverage their product technology and marketing platforms for New Account and Share of Wallet (SOW). Leverage Reverse Buyback Invoicing Platform to drive super-regional business development.
  • Reliability Services: Work with Reliability Services team to market direct and through branch sales channel RelaDyne's Reliability Services offering including PetroClean Lubricants, Varnish Mitigation, Lubrication Process and Design, Sampling, etc.
