Whole Foods is hiring an Indirect Procurement Analyst responsible for assisting with the WFM's P2P Platform. The Indirect Procurement Analyst will drive the effort to enable key suppliers and provide application maintenance and support.This role is located in Austin TX and expectations of being in office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Indirect Procurement Analyst champion and support point of contact for internal team members Support execution and refinement of Indirect Procurement business processes Generate reporting metrics that provide actionable insights for the P2P team around supplier adoption, user adoption and overall success of the Indirect Procurement process Develop training and support documentation to support Indirect Procurement end users Support change enablement initiatives and communications Assists with troubleshooting issues for internal team members as it relates to data integrity, process questions or Coupa configuration. Assist with administration of business owned aspects of the Indirect Procurement application Serve as the Supplier Enablement champion and single business point of contact for suppliers Partner with project team to define and execute supplier enablement strategy Define, track and provide updates on supplier enablement and associated success metrics Follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on actions related to supplier enablement Gather and maintain accurate master vendor data Perform supplier analysis to identify key targets for phased rollout Optimize process to onboard new suppliers within the Indirect Procurement system Coordinate onboarding and engagement communications with suppliers to drive adoption Partner with content management team to assist with buying channel configuration Provide support to suppliers during and after onboarding including setup activities and training
Skills:
Certification in Coupa is preferred Familiar with procure-to-pay technical platforms (SAP Ariba and Coupa) are also acceptable Proficient in the use of standard procurement tools and methods. Capable of performing mathematical and statistical analyses. Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, product improvement software, and data analysis / query software. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening. With guidance, presents information and responds to questions in one-on-one situations with internal and external customers. Tailors communication approach to specific situations and audiences. Supports the team and cross-functional projects within a defined area of responsibility. Impacts the quality of one's own work and that of the team. Works as a fully competent Team Member. Networks and collaborates with the supported functional and third-party stakeholders. Understands the standard project management methodologies and requirements. Plans, estimates, organizes, and monitors projects. Keeps projects on track financially, creatively, and in accordance with the stakeholder's deadlines. Understands the company's and the business unit's associated procurement strategies, goals, and objectives. Able to identify the alignment / misalignment of the team's goals with the larger organizational strategy, goals, and objectives. Understands the WFM product mix, supply base, and retail operations.
Education & Experience:
The wage range for this position is $60,021.00-$102,036.00 Annual, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
