Analyst II

This position requires an individual adept at analyzing technical and business requirements to analyze, design, and support robust Java backend solutions. The analyst should have hands-on expertise in Java related software development projects, and deployment processes, with a proven track record in system troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth technical and business requirement analysis to design efficient backend solutions using Java.
• Conduct functional testing, manage code promotions, and oversee deployments across multiple environments.
• Plan deployments, manage release cycles, and ensure post-release system stability and optimization.
• Coordinate troubleshoot production issues, analyze system behavior, and implement performance improvements for complex systems.
• Perform end-to-end testing and technical analysis to ensure functional integrity and optimize dispute management systems.

Additional Experience

• Experience in REST APIs, Increasing interoperability and cross-system data exchange success rates.
• Enhance user experience through proper requirements gatherings, and coordinate for development of the client-side portal using React and JavaScript.
• Automate pre-deployment testing via Docker-containerized Python scripts integrated with Jenkins, reducing production rollbacks.
• Implement structured technical reviews, reducing bugs and improving code quality through bi-weekly sessions.

• Must have : Technical Skills: Agile methodologies, SDLC, MySQL, CI/CD, Jenkins, Spark, Hadoop, Docker, DevOps, GitHub, AWS Cloud Services
• Expertise: API Design, Microservices Architecture, System Design

Education

• Master of Science in Computer Science/ Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in designing scalable and optimized backend systems.
• Experience with Banking / healthcare applications or related industries is a plus.
