General Summary of Position As a key member of senior leadership, the Vice President of Patient Care & Chief Nursing Officer provides strategic direction, executive level leadership, planning, organization and general management for all aspects of patient care, ensuring integration of services and compliance with long range objectives and strategies, including the provision of excellent quality services and the practice of sound business practices. This position is responsible for nursing practice, and overall administrative, operational, and financial functions of nursing and clinical areas. This includes proactively identifying progressive approaches to deliver patient care and enhance overall patient satisfaction, and the culture of nursing and clinical services. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from accredited school in nursing and master's degree in nursing, Health Care or Business Administration is required. 10+ years In nursing experience is required with at least seven (7) years of progressive nursing leadership experience. RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure This position has a hiring range of $231,500 - $313,100
