- Under the mentorship of assigned hospital and department leadership, participates in strategic, operational and administrative development to support goal attainment.
- Coordinates, evaluates and implements programs that support operational goals.
- Working with management, analyzes processes and assists in developing recommendations and solutions through best practices.
- Partners with management to define project scope, goals, objectives, and timeline; assists with project design and implementation.
- Collaborates with management to develop tools and metrics to evaluate performance of target initiatives.
- Provides data management support.
- Collects data for review and analysis.
- Prepares comparative analysis reports including trending and improvement recommendations for review by senior leadership.
- Produces comprehensive executive summaries and reports; presents data in effective, clear formats tailored to the needs of specific audiences including managers and staff.
- Improves operational efficiencies and leads continuous improvement projects.
- Provides coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities to colleagues/peers to increase capabilities and create an environment of engagement.
- Assists in business strategy development.
- Aides in the execution of strategies approved by Senior Management; as required provides strategic insight and decision support.
- Participates in structured ideation process to unlock value and find creative solutions to existing business challenges.
- Partners with stakeholders and the leadership team.
- Cultivates, leverages, and develops long-term relationships, coupled with ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy business and customer needs.
- Works with Senior Management, to evaluate business strategies, processes, policies and objectives to ensure goal attainment while focusing on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Researches and benchmarks best practice models to improve financial and operational efficiencies.
- Analyzes complex processes and assists in developing recommendations and solutions through best practices; validates and organizes data to evaluate and/or communicate operational processes.
- Provides scheduled project status reports for leadership team.
- Collaborates with management to collect financial, statistical and operational data for analysis; prepares analytical assessments and provides recommendations.
- Prepares operational analysis, flow charts, presentations and reports, as required by project specifications; evaluates analyses, identifies best practices, deficiencies, and makes recommendations for improvements in operational processes, policies and procedures.
- Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
