TITLE: DIRECTOR, INSIDE SALES & SALES SUPPORT
LOCATION: NORTHERN VIRGINIA
POSITION SUMMARY
: The Director of Sales Support is a critical member of the customer-facing team at CPG, working with sales, project management, service delivery resources, and the finance team to ensure successful delivery of services across all lines of business for CPG's customers. This position will focus on maintaining strong relationships and revenue growth with all accounts and customers and will expand to incorporate additional accounts as our business grows. This position is responsible for managing the long tail of customers and driving incremental growth from them by positioning the full portfolio of services offered by CPG.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure CPG is well positioned for additional business and growth within the accounts.
- Oversite and coordination of CPG's project and sales support and service delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution.
- Be a point of contact for client escalation during project delivery.
- Quote and Sales Order development and processing as required.
- Follow funnel management guidelines for all opportunities and maintain accurate information in NetSuite.
- Attends kick off meetings to assist in smooth handoff of project from bid to execution if necessary.
- Provide oversite on RFI and submittal processes if necessary.
- Provide management oversight to sales support team.
- Identify additional opportunities for CPG to generate revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and work experience
- 10 years in a customer service / sales and or sales support / relationship management role
- Knowledge of mission-critical data center solutions
- Experience working with large, global companies and knowledge of their operating models.
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft office proficiency - Excel, Word, Power Point
- Previous experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
Certificates and Licenses:
- No certificates or licenses required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 7+ sales support employees
