Oversees daily operation of the Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) program consistent with administrative, programmatic, and clinical policies of Community Healthlink and applicable external funding sources and regulatory bodies.I. Major Responsibilities: 1. Ensures all clinical services are in compliance with agency policies and procedures. 2. Manages the staff. 3. Responsible for interviewing and hiring new staff and completing all required documentation. 4. Ensures all new staff complete program orientation and training as required by CHL and a Commission on applicable Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) applicable grant requirements. 5. Sets staffing patterns, approves staff time, attendance and leave time. Responsible for ongoing employee performance review complete annual performance evaluation of staff. 6. Provides and documents clinical supervision to assigned Clinical staff and Crisis Support in accordance with CHL and CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) requirements. II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related human services field Independently licensed as an LICSW, LMHC or PsyD 2. Driving is not a requirement. Preferred: Experience/Skills: Required: 1. 5 years clinical experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience 2. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Preferred: Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements. III. Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions: Work is considered sedentary. Position requires work indoors in a normal office environment.
