We're hiring motivated individuals for a Baker Production Worker position with a respected food manufacturing facility in Sevierville, TN. Shift & Pay:



  • Weekend Day Shift (Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:45 PM): $15.00/hr + $4/hr shift differential for perfect attendance
  • Weekday Night Shift: $16.00/hr



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Load bags of cookie dough into boxes for shipment (bags may weigh up to 20 lbs)
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Assist with additional tasks such as cutting butter and general food prep
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines



Requirements:



  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed, team-based setting
  • Previous food production experience is a plus, but not required
