Overview

In this role, you will be involved in planning, organizing, and executing various training methods to ensure participants acquire new skills, enhance productivity, and improve the quality of their work. You will play a key role in identifying training needs, developing curriculum, and ensuring successful learning outcomes. This position requires strong expertise in a range of training methods, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, e-learning, and other instructional technologies. Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting the company's IT application training content, processes, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

    Design and develop training programs and materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations, tailored to the needs of our employees
  • Build and maintain a SharePoint site dedicated to training resources, ensuring it is easily accessible and regularly updated
  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive FAQ section to address common queries and issues related to application use
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to effectively communicate application features and best practices to employees
  • Create high-quality video tutorials and recordings of training sessions for ongoing employee reference
  • Collaborate with SMEs and application owners to create and share best practice guides for optimizing Office 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, etc.)
  • Measure effectiveness of training programs through feedback and follow-up surveys
  • Continue to improve training methods based on participant feedback
  • Travel as required
  • Other duties which may be assigned as needed

Education & Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, innovation, project management, problem-solving, and influencing skills

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
