IT Training and Documentation Specialist Job Locations

Overview In this role, you will be involved in planning, organizing, and executing various training methods to ensure participants acquire new skills, enhance productivity, and improve the quality of their work. You will play a key role in identifying training needs, developing curriculum, and ensuring successful learning outcomes. This position requires strong expertise in a range of training methods, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, e-learning, and other instructional technologies. Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting the company's IT application training content, processes, and procedures. Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop training programs and materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations, tailored to the needs of our employees

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information.
