*Description*
Shift Availability: * SUN-WED 7-5:30 pm, WED-SAT 7-5:30 pm, or M-F 10-6:30 pm. *Responsibilities:* * Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts. * Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to virtually transact material. * Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies. Communicating with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems. * Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually. * Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new-hires and junior peers. * Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards by following best practices. * Strong execution of data and processes is required. * The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development. * Resolve individual work blockers and know when to escalate if you are unable to resolve them yourself. * Learn new processes. * Operate equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts. * Contribute to the improvement of SOPs, including safety procedures. *Qualifications:* * The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer. * They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel. * The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and be able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously. * Preferred experience with any ERP software (ex,. Oracle or Salesforce) as well as prior experience in SAP * Degree: Bachelor's or associate's *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
