We are seeking a skilled Technology Architect with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Pega Platform including integration sizing capacity planning monitoring control release management performance tuning and installation. Experience in asset management operations and asset and wealth management is a plus. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during the day shift.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee Pega integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity with existing systems.
  • Provide expertise in Pega sizing and capacity planning to optimize system performance and scalability.
  • Monitor and control Pega applications to maintain system health and prevent disruptions.
  • Manage Pega release processes to ensure smooth deployment of updates and new features.
  • Conduct Pega performance tuning to enhance application responsiveness and user experience.
  • Execute Pega installation and configuration to set up robust and reliable systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Pega solutions with business objectives.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Pega processes and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends to drive innovation.
  • Support asset management operations by leveraging Pega capabilities to streamline processes.
  • Contribute to asset and wealth management initiatives by integrating Pega solutions for improved outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Pega Platform including integration and release management.
  • Possess strong skills in Pega sizing capacity planning and performance tuning.
  • Have experience in Pega monitoring control and installation.
  • Exhibit knowledge in asset management operations and asset and wealth management.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications Required

Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA)
