Program Manager - Discovery & Preclinical Systems (Biovia ELN Integration)

About the role:
As a Program Manager - Discovery & Preclinical Systems (Biovia ELN Integration), you will make an impact by managing complex projects within the Discovery and Preclinical Services domain ensuring successful implementation and integration of Biovia ELN systems.

In this role, you will:
* Lead the planning and execution of projects related to QC ELN Implementation ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
* Oversee the installation and upgrade processes of QC ELN Implementation coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendor to ensure seamless transitions.
* Provide technical expertise in ELN functionality optimizing system performance to meet project objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion within the defined timeline and budget.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.
* Facilitate effective communication among project team members ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.
* Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
* Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements and innovations.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality and performance of Sample Manager systems.
* Support the discovery and preclinical services domain by integrating technical solutions that advance research capabilities.
* Utilize hybrid work model to effectively manage remote and onsite team members fostering collaboration and productivity.

Work model: Hybrid - San Francisco, CA.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in San Francisco, CA. What you need to have to be considered:
* To Possess extensive experience in Sample Manager Master Data demonstrating a deep understanding of data management principles.
* Have a proven track record in Sample Manager installation and upgrade processes showcasing technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrate expertise in Sample Manager functionality with the ability to optimize system operations for enhanced performance.
* Hold a strong background in discovery and preclinical services with a focus on advancing scientific research and development.
* Exhibit excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
* Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills facilitating collaboration among diverse teams.
* Display a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation driving advancements in system functionality and research capabilities.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until July 11th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $109,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
