Job Description Stellantis is seekinga Service Information Lead in the NA Parts & Accessories Planning & Launch Management organization. The right candidate will be highly skilled, solutions-oriented with program management skills, and a strong understanding of service information and Aftersales processes and procedures. This position requires a hands-on approach to continuously improve the quality of information requiredin the Stellantis dealer network. Candidate will lead the service information development process and serve as the main point of connection between multiple teams and suppliers. Specific focus will be on ensure service information accuracy at vehicle launch and management of historical information to ensure repair effectiveness.Candidate mustpossessa combination of strong technical skills, as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude and a person who communicates clearly across all organizational levels. The selected candidate will need to possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple high visibility projects concurrently, and deliver results per target requirements.
