Job Description Supplier Performance Analyst - Scorecard Position location is flexible and may office from a branch in Winona, MN - Denton, TX - High Point, NC or Greensboro, NC Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as the Supplier Scorecard Analyst, you will be responsible for automating and distributing monthly supplier scorecards along with developing and reviewing scorecard metrics with SOP stakeholder teams. These duties will include training suppliers and Supplier Development teams on scorecard metrics and reporting, maintaining and reviewing supplier performance for scorecard metrics monthly and answering questions from suppliers and Supplier Development teams. This role will collaborate on performance improvement plans by supplier, sharing underlying data by metric to achieve operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Automating the generation and distribution of monthly supplier scorecards o Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of scorecards to relevant stakeholders o Monitoring and reviewing supplier performance against established scorecard metrics o Identifying areas for improvement o Participating and developing process improvement plans with suppliers to enhance performance o Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to supplier scorecards o Collaborating with SOP stakeholder teams to review and develop scorecard metrics o Ensuring the data and metrics are calculated correctly, align with organizational goals and supplier performance standard. o Conducting training sessions for suppliers and Supplier Development teams on scorecard metrics and reporting procedures o Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure understanding and compliance o Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to scorecard metrics and performance o Maintaining rankings associated with Supplier of Year awards by supplier class / type REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Possess or working towards a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field o Possess 1 year of experience in supply chain management, supplier development, product development in supplier management, performance analysis, or related work experience o Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power BI and experience in data visualization o Demonstrate strong attention to detail and time-management skills o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Highly motivated and self-directed o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers. FULL-TIME BENEFITS: Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees. COMPENSATION: The base pay range for this position is $45,000 - 62,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a monthly commission. |
