Unit Highlights
The Assistant Nursing Director of the Emergency Department
plays a pivotal leadership role in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This
position supports the Nursing Director in managing clinical operations,
ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. The
Assistant Director fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous
improvement, while upholding the highest standards of emergency nursing
practice.
This role requires advanced clinical expertise, strong
leadership skills, and a deep understanding of emergency care protocols,
regulatory requirements, and evidence-based nursing standards. The Assistant
Director serves as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, promoting
professional development and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications



  • BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
  • Minimum three years of Emergency Room experience required.Leadership and management experience strongly preferred.
  • Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN required.Specialty certification from a nationally
    recognized nursing organization in either aclinical specialty or Nursing Administration preferred.


This position has a hiring range of $100,588.00 - $190,340.00
