Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $31.00/hour Shift: 3rd Shift \| 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Employment Type: Temporary What You'll Do Each Night Troubleshoot equipment, material, or process issues to reduce downtime Develop or improve tools and fixtures for production efficiency Update and refine documentation and procedures to enhance operations Execute validation plans and document results for compliance Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects Collect data and perform statistical analysis to optimize quality and reduce scrap Collaborate with Process Development to transition new products into production Provide technical training and support to production staff Ensure all work complies with quality systems and regulatory standards Perks & Benefits We offer a full suite of benefits to support your health, future, and everyday needs.
