Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Temporary Nurse Practitioner to join a prestigious boutique internal medicine practice for a 12-week assignment. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced, patient-centered clinician to work in a high-end, concierge-style environment. You will provide outpatient care to self-pay adult patients, with appointments conducted in-office or via Zoom, depending on patient preference. You will be supported by a small, collaborative team.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
• Provide high-touch, personalized care to an adult patient population
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans independently
• Conduct telemedicine visits via Zoom as needed
• Coordinate follow-up care and communicate results to patients in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with physicians, an RN, and medical assistants for seamless care delivery
• Ensure meticulous documentation in EMR (electronic medical records)
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all clinical standards and protocols
• Contribute to maintaining a welcoming, professional, and efficient office atmosphere
