Missouri University of Science and Technology invites applications for the role of Dining Operations Coordinator, a key position supporting daily campus food service operations in close partnership with our contracted dining services vendor. As the Dining Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient dining experiences for our campus community. You will work closely with the vendor's General Manager to navigate challenges related to staffing, production, and facilities, keeping operations running smoothly and maintaining high-quality service standards. Your efforts will be visible, appreciated, and impactful. This position serves as a key liaison between the university and the vendor, with a focus on student staffing, operational coordination, and upholding a culture of safety, service, and accountability. You will also help ensure budget alignment and serve as a critical operational resource across campus dining services. Key Responsibilities: Operational and Financial Oversight

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $52,223-$55,000 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
