What is your impact?

The Manager of Clinical Reporting & Analytics will lead the clinical reporting and analytics team, which includes providing support and mentorship to clinical data analysts. Develop and implement strategies to compile clinical data to produce data visualization that provide actionable insights.

What Will You Be Doing:

• Establish and develop analytic and reporting strategy including deployment of business intelligence tools, reporting tools, data models and data assets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• Provide direction for improving and automating report processing to include assessing various reporting tools, incorporating external reporting sources and implementing quality improvements.
• Provide directions for day-to-day operations of the analytic and reporting function for Communitas.
• Responsible for oversight and guidance of clinical data analysts. Manage staff performance, employee relations, staffing, training and development.

What You Must Have:

• 5+ years related work experience with Data model development, business intelligence implementation, report design and development, data analysis and visualization
• 2+ years direct supervisory/management experience
• Related bachelor's degree in finance, data management, mathematics, analytics, statistics, computer science or related field or additional related equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of the health insurance, and overall ability to support key functional areas to support the business in achieving objectives
• Proficiency with Power BI and similar business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting tools and advanced analytical techniques
• Capable of making decisions that will have significant impact on the operations of the organization
• Superior communication and management skills
• Able to influence decision making

General Physical Demands

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
