Your Role on Our Team The Manager - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WMS Solution Delivery Manager to help drive day to day service levels, operational support and enhancements of our WMS system or any system it touches. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of our warehousing and distribution processes through robust and efficient IT solutions. The Solution Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the end to end lifecycle of our WMS, from system deployment and integration to optimization and support. Key responsibilities include day to day technical and operational support to ensure business partners' success. You will be the liaison between our business partners and our technical development team. You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
- Lead (formally or informally) business teams, project leaders, and application users to collect and analyze program business requirements for functions or applications.
- Leverage industry expertise to achieve best in class solutions.
- Daily support using Service Now to provide customer support to end users within the Distribution Center and our Service Hubs.
- Coordinate multiple small to medium projects simultaneously with business partners from requirement definition to resource planning, UAT and deployment.
- Understand and communicate the relationship between functional and technical requirements.
- Foster strong and highly engaged partnerships with leadership across the organization.
- Makes recommendations for future-state business processes.
- Provide solution architecture leadership for enterprise systems and processes.
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Distribution /or Business Analysis.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working on: WMS, WCS, TMS, ERP, ServiceNow, SQL, PBI or other business applications.
- Ability to take accountability and possess a sense of urgency to design, build, and deliver solutions.
- Success in leading multiple small to medium projects in various SDLCs (waterfall and agile) across a matrix organization.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities with time constraints
- Self-Managed, Self-Starter, Team Player who is well organized and detail oriented
- Strong professional written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with implementing WMS functions and systems integrated within the WMS
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- ITIL Certification Preferred

- Ability to lead recommendations, gain cross-functional alignment, and implement improvements for processes, documentation standards, procedures, and/or guidelines.
- Can communicate across an organization, and synthesizing information for executive leadership.
