Mortgage Loan Coordinator II

Primary Responsibilities

• Embody the Credit Union's core values of Trust, Integrity, Teamwork and Making a Difference and model the values in all daily activity.
• Order Appraisal, title work, flood certifications, verifications, property inspections, surveys, insurance evidence, and verifications as needed.
• Be the primary point of contact for members, real estate agents, mortgage loan originators and other interested parties for all mortgage loans in process.
• Assist to resolve issues from underwriting including gathering more documentation from a member, providing solutions for title issues, reviewing appraisals and insuring that mortgage loan files have all documentation required to make a sound underwriting decision.
• Serves as subject matter expert and provides training/ mentoring to Mortgage Loan Coordinators I.
• Back up other Mortgage Loan Coordinators or other staff as needed.
• Emphasize and promote professional and ethical conduct.
• Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
• Perform other duties as assigned and be available to work overtime as requested.
