0817 - Accounts Payable Team 2 - SMAC - ACCOUNTING INTERN

TITLE: Accounting Intern

POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position exists to assist the Accounts Payable team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College student.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the team with setting up payee codes and bank information
• Help enter invoice payments when required.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and AS/400 (basic skills preferred)

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Work must be conducted in office. Must be comfortable using common office equipment, like laptops, copy machine, telephone communication.
