Customer Service Representative

Staffmark is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a logistics company in Houston. If you're passionate about helping others, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: 1st shift

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with end consumers and client customer service teams via phone and email
• Coordinate with the Home Delivery Service Center to ensure timely service
• Meet performance goals for speed, efficiency, and quality

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with computers
