The Senior Analyst, Treasury Capital Markets will support Salesforce's capital
structure and allocation programs to enable the Company's next phase of
exceptional growth. You will be an integral part of the Treasury team within the
Finance organization, and will focus on capital markets transactions, capital
structure and allocation, cash flow projections, bank and credit rating agency
relationships, reporting and analytics, and other related activities.

The role will work closely with senior Treasury management, Investor Relations and multiple Corporate Finance groups on long term capital structure and capital allocation strategies, debt and alternative financing activities, asset liability
management programs, share repurchase and dividend programs. In addition, you will partner closely with other Treasury functions and across Salesforce's Investor Relations, Legal, Corporate Development and various other functional teams as part of a range of Treasurer and COFO-driven strategic initiatives. Your Impact:

* Support debt capital markets and capital allocation activities
* Execution of complex capital markets and M&A financing transactions,
including public debt issuance, bank financings, and interest rate hedges
* Long range cash flow planning; maintain and build upon indirect cash flow
model for use in cash flow & liquidity forecasting, debt capacity / financing,
capital allocation, and capital structure planning
* Manage existing debt portfolio to ensure compliance and debt service, and
assess liability management opportunities
* Forecast interest expense and interest income and other per-share metric
support
* Coordinate monthly / quarterly management presentations and other
reporting deliverables
* Help manage relationships with banks, rating agencies, and other external
partners
* Peer benchmarking of capital structure & return, financing, liquidity and
hedging
* Perform key SOX controls related to debt instruments, share repurchases &
dividends
* Track market trends and industry developments to help Company navigate
dynamic investments and capital markets landscape
* Drive reporting & forecasting process improvement and scalability via
automation and system connectivity (incl. Tableau, Bloomberg, Salesforce,
Workday, etc.)
* Ad-hoc Treasury projects and presentations for Treasury and Senior Mgmt.

Experience / Skills Required
The successful candidate will have the ability to work individually and cross-
functionally, influence appropriately, and adapt to changes working for a fast-
growing company while maintaining trust and accuracy.
* Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be
evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular
leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
* 3+ years of work experience in investment banking, corporate finance,
treasury or investments-related business
* Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention
to detail
* Team player able to effectively partner across a range of internal & external
functions
* Interest in capital markets and corporate finance landscape
* Knowledge of financial statement analysis, modeling and accounting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional in Excel, PowerPoint
* Experience with Bloomberg, Salesforce, Tableau, Hyperion and/or Workday
desired
* Innovative mindset and an interest in new technologies and ideas
* Superb work ethic and integrity - enthusiastic, self-starter and proactive
