Position Summary: As the Senior Manager of Product Engagement, you will be responsible for maximizing customer engagement with Asurions mobile protection products. You will define and execute initiatives that increase activation, feature adoption, and repeat usage. This role is critical to enhancing long-term customer value and will directly support the broader strategy led by the Director of Core Connect Mobility. You will work cross-functionally with design, analytics, marketing, and client teams to pilot, measure, and scale engagement-driving initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Product Engagement Strategy
- Define the strategy for increasing user engagement across the mobile protection portfolio
- Prioritize and execute features and campaigns that improve app utilization, service awareness, and customer retention
- Identify engagement drop-offs and own the roadmap to address friction points
Analytics & Performance
- Use data to deeply understand usage patterns and measure engagement KPIs
- Define and track key metrics (e.g., daily/monthly active users, engagement scores, churn rates)
- A/B test engagement initiatives and iterate quickly based on results
Cross-Functional Delivery
- Partner with design and marketing to launch user education and engagement campaigns
- Collaborate with Client Solutions to tailor engagement strategies by partner/channel
- Work with Tech and Product Ops to deliver seamless, scalable solutions
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in product management, user experience, or engagement-focused roles
- Track record of driving product adoption and customer retention
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent collaboration and project management abilities
- Experience with mobile products or services preferred
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or other Masters Degree preferred.
