We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, calls, and participation in industry trade shows. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Manage the client journey throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Deliver compelling, personalized sales presentations to prospective and existing clients. Expand account penetration by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements. Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to enhance the company's competitive edge. Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales database, tracking customer information, forecasts, and performance reports. *Hours* Monday-Friday 8am-5pm *Skills & Qualifications* 1.Experience in a machine tool industry required. 2.At least 3 years of sales experience with high record of achievement. 3.Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team. 4.Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. 5.BA/BS in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience. 6.Occasional overnight travel required. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
