Job Summary:

The Reliability CMMS Technician manages all aspects of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and oversees the Maintenance Training Programs.

Required Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Understanding of CAD programs required.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work is required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable CMMS role is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Health, Safety & Environmental Accountability: Ensures compliance with all HSE standards related to the role.
  • CMMS Data Management: Maintains data accuracy, manages global codes, and oversees data entry standards and system updates in the CMMS.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborates with Maintenance, IT, Purchasing, and Engineering to manage asset data, inventory, and system interfaces.
  • User Training & Support: Advises and trains CMMS users, staying current with software updates and best practices.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Designs reports, tracks KPIs, and analyzes performance metrics and cost-saving initiatives.
  • System Improvement & Troubleshooting: Works with MVP and OPEX teams to enhance CMMS functionality and resolve issues.
  • Asset Lifecycle & Reliability: Supports asset lifecycle management, including inspections, repairs, and alignment with corporate reliability standards.
