Are you a natural leader who's passionate about education and loves developing others? As our Education Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a team of talented Instructors-coaching, mentoring, and motivating them to deliver an exceptional student experience every day.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll help shape student success by fostering a positive, high-energy learning environment that boosts enrollment, drives retention, and supports campus goals. You'll champion teamwork, consistency, and top-notch instruction-raising the bar for excellence across the board.

$70,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Oversee departmental operations including budgeting, purchasing, staff scheduling, and instructor performance management.

  • Hire, coach, and develop instructors while promoting a high-performing, engaged team environment.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of quality education by supporting instructors, staffing classes, and staying current with industry trends.

  • Partner with Admissions and other departments to maintain alignment on policies, student support, and classroom standards.

  • Handle student concerns and discipline, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and educational standards.

  • Fulfill compliance duties, including Campus Security Authority (CSA) responsibilities and adherence to regulatory requirements.



Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 5 years prior teaching and/or management experience

  • Project Management skills
  • Communication skills (verbal and written) and computer skills (Microsoft Office products)
  • People and management skills and abilities
  • Time management skills and deadline oriented, can adapt to a changing fast-paced environment
  • Can create budgets and interpret financial data
  • Problem solving and decision making skills, using good judgment and professionalism

Abilities

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds or less 25% of the workday
  • Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 25% or less of the workday
  • Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn and reason for all of the workday
  • Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
  • May required occasional overnight travel.

Work Environment

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate controlled environment.
  • Work is performed occasionally outdoors
  • Work is infrequently performed near moving mechanical parts
  • Short periods of limited exposure to non-hazardous levels of dust, light welding fumes or airborne particles.
