Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead JLL's Consulting practice engagements specializing in Real Estate Organizational Design and Operating Models. This role will serve as a subject matter expert who develops and implements transformative strategies that align client real estate operations with enterprise objectives, workplace needs, and employee experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead JLL Consulting engagements for Real Estate Organizational Design and Operating Model projects, leveraging proprietary delivery models and tools

  • Translate JLL methodologies into tailored solutions for complex Real Estate Transformations across diverse client scenarios

  • Guide clients through real estate transitions including first-generation outsourcing, geographical expansion, and scaling operations

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Real Estate Organizational and Operating Transformation Programs and Roadmap development

  • Act as Engagement Manager overseeing project staffing, profitability, client relationships, and billing processes

  • Lead capability development initiatives, define best practices, and spearhead team upskilling programs related to the organizational and operating model space

  • Collaborate with JLL Consulting Capability Leads and Corporate Solutions service lines to identify integrated service opportunities to bring in organizational and operating model expertise

  • Contribute to business development through new business pursuits, RFPs, and client presentations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, Finance, Change Management, Communications, Economics, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles with focus on real estate and facilities organizational design

  • Demonstrated expertise in client advisory including organizational design and transformation strategy

  • Strong track record developing and implementing strategies for large corporate clients

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with ability to engage executive-level audiences

  • Experience with leading and mentoring diverse and multi-faceted project teams

  • Experience delivering measurable outcomes through transformation projects

  • Ability to work across business units and partners to deliver options and secure decisions

  • Project management experience and change management expertise

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Estimated total compensation for this position:

130,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
