  • This position is intended to be conducted within the state of New Mexico; however, remote candidates in other states may be considered. Remote employees may not reside in California, Washington, Illinois, Wyoming, North Dakota, Ohio and New York.

Prefer Qualifications

  • Experience operationalizing vendor solutions including contract scoping and management.
  • Enjoys working through a process and diving into the details of how to execute on a project.
  • Experience with project management.
  • A working knowledge of health care and quality measures (HEDIS, STARS).


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field, Masters preferred.
  • 2 years Quality experience.
  • Compliance with specifics to Healthcare accreditation and CMS
  • Adherence to contract language
  • Managed Care and awareness enterprise operations, functions & processes
  • MS Office
  • Adobe Pro
  • Visio
  • Skype



Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Supervisor/Manager, guides others to develop build and update work plans, tasks, timelines, measurements, and reports
  • Demonstrates initiative and tenacity in the development of solutions to overcome barriers
  • Negotiates contracts, and oversees vendor relationships and deliverables that support corporate business decisions
  • Compiles and presents summaries of complex health management activities in a professional format to the appropriate internal or external entities
  • Mentors and guides team members and others.
  • Design and implement of wide-ranging, global programs
  • Organize initiatives across the enterprise
  • Develop initiatives which respond to change in managed care
