Are you an organized, outgoing, and customer-focused professional? We're looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our client's company!

Schedule: 9am - 6pm (Tuesday - Friday) and 9am - 4pm (Saturday)

Pay: $16/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional service with a smile
  • Operate a multi-line phone system-answer, screen, and direct calls
  • Manage data entry, filing, scanning, and document sorting
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Keep the reception area neat and organized
  • Support administrative functions and assist staff as needed




Qualifications:



  • Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred
  • Proficient with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
