Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about logistics? We're looking for a Customer Freight Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting our partner company's operations. In this essential role, you'll help keep global freight moving efficiently and compliantly, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Schedule: Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shift

Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Research and track shipments using internal systems
  • Coordinate freight movement between office, warehouse, and transportation teams
  • Manage inventory accuracy and drive continuous process improvements
  • Support preloaded trailer recoveries and equipment returns for air and ocean freight
  • Use dashboards and workflow tools to monitor freight life cycles
  • Check in truck drivers and collect TSA-compliant identification
  • Ensure compliance with TSA and U.S. Customs regulations
  • Perform daily data entry, filing, and customer communication
  • Facilitate customs entry submissions and ensure timely cargo clearance
  • Track, trace, and coordinate with agents, vendors, and international offices
  • Provide proactive updates to customers and manage service expectations
  • Maintain and follow SOPs to support account-specific logistics procedures




Qualifications:



  • One year of logistics administrative experience, computer skills, and warehouse skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in import/export operations, customs processes, or freight coordination
  • Detail-oriented mindset with ability to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with workflow tools
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment
