GENERAL FUNCTION The Sr. Manager Operations is responsible for leading a production team of subject matter expert Provider Network and Agreement Administrators that performs the configuration to support EyeMed's Clients, Members, and Providers. This is accomplished by building out the network and agreement configuration for our Provider networks, fee schedules, and contracts the Plan Network and Agreement team that build out the network and agreement configuration for our Provider networks. The Sr. Manager will provide oversight and direction to the production team members to ensure KPI's/SLA's and Performance Guarantees are met. The Sr. Manager Business Configuration is also responsible for identifying, defining, and implementing new processes and technology solutions on behalf of the Business Configuration Production team.
