Under limited supervision, designs, develops and implements enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong analytical skills. Experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment. Quantitative business problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong organizational/time management and planning/project skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication. Job Conditions None Preferred Qualifications: Track controls & activities across multiple depts, Understand & participate in the development & testing of key controls, reports, & spreadsheets for various business & technical processes, Schedule, conduct & participate in walkthroughs & other meetings with control owners & external auditors to ensure testing plans are properly created to address financial reporting risks identified by management,Communicate Results to Officers & Directors, & Sharepoint & Power BI experience is preferred; not required. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: This position is located in Memphis, TN., Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA. The U.S. monthly pay range for Memphis is 6,511.62 - 10,744.16, Plano & Pittsburgh 6,854.33 - 11,309.65.
