Title: Call Centre Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Aiea, HI 96701 Duration: Temp to Hire Shift Timings: Right now it's 16 hours a week. It will be both shifts, 4am-12pm and 12pm-8pm. One day on each. Right now, Friday and Mondays are the work days. Pay Rate: 20.89$/hr on w2 without benefits Job Description: Ready to put your skills to work on Technical or Engineering projects- Are you great with people and have willingness to work hard to get the job done- We are seeking a candidate with a desire to enhance the fabric of our community. Under close supervision, responds to routine telephone inquiries about the company and/or its services. Incumbent is expected to follow established procedures and base his/her responses on information provided in standard company reference documents. Role & Responsibilities: Responds to routine telephone inquiries about the company and/or its services. Uses a computer system to track such calls and enters information regarding the nature of the call. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 2+ years of relevant work experience. Requires good verbal communication skills, as well as basic data entry skills.
